Sand Bench Trail, Zion National Park
Zion National Park is only minutes away from our Brio community. It is Utah's first national park. This park is a spectacular desert wilderness with cliffs, canyons, diverse wildlife and plant life, and unique geologic features.

Gunlock State Park
This beautiful state park is located approximately 15 miles northwest of St. George. This park contains a reservoir which cascade over the sunset-colored boulders (in-season). The park is mostly a day-use area for water sports, picnicking, swimming, and simply lounging by the water to keep cool.

Gunlock State Park, Waterfalls
If you visit in the Spring or during high water, you can see these iconic waterfalls. The reservoir here was built in 1970 to collect the Santa Clara River.

Sand Hollow State Park
This park offers places to boat, fish, and dive at its reservoir, but you can also explore the red sand beaches and visually stunning red rock formations of Sand Mountain on some of the best trails and ATV riding in the state. This park is near the town of Hurricane close to Washington City.

Sand Hollow is one of the area’s most popular spots for ATVs and OHVs, offering riders more than 6,000 acres of sand dunes that have open riding as well as technical trails where you can test your skills.

Tuacahn Center for the Arts
Tuacahn Center for the Arts brings Broadway in the Desert to southern Utah. This non-profit arts organization features Utah's finest actors, in some of Broadway's greatest musicals. The breathtaking outdoor Amphitheatre is surrounded by 1,500-foot red rock cliffs in the mouth of Padre Canyon next to Snow Canyon State Park in Ivins. This 1,920-seat venue is about 23 minutes from our Brio community.

Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park
Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park is an off-the-radar expanse of photographic bliss that covers 3,730 acres. The sand dunes are open for hiking and kid-friendly playing. About 90-percent of the dunes are open for ATV riders. The park is located in Kanab, a one-hour drive from Brio.

Snow Canyon State Park
Snow Canyon State Park is one of the most popular parks in Southern Utah. And for good reason. It offers stunning red-rock scenery and mild weather. The site would be a national park in any other state. People enjoy hiking trails, biking, technical rock climbing, horseback riding and camping here year-round. The park is located in Ivins, a 26-minute drive from Brio.
