The outdoors and indoors blend seamlessly at The Escape. With 14,500-square-feet, our gorgeous community center features engaging amenities including a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, multiple social rooms, a community kitchen and much more.
To accommodate various lifestyles, key fobs allow resident use of the clubhouse from early morning until late at night.

Multi-purpose Room
This room contains an interesting book and puzzle collection that residents may donate to and borrow from. This room is used frequently. Fitness classes, clubs and committees are all able to schedule the use of this space. It may also be reserved for private use by residents. |

Outdoor Patios
The outdoor patios are convenient for a single person or a large group to sit and enjoy the magnificent views of Southern Utah. Sit and read a book, have a quiet conversation or come and enjoy a concert or other special events. The waterfall feature and outdoor fireplace create great ambiance.

This spacious area is carpeted with lots of windows to allow for light and beautiful views. These rooms may also be reserved for private use by residents. |
