Jim Madsen
Brio HOA General Manager Jim Madsen is our onsite General Manager. He has been working in HOA management for more than 10 years and loves to interact with homeowners. Jim takes a "Get 'er' Done" approach and is always looking for ways to streamline or simplify tasks. In addition to Managing HOA's Jim has served on several HOA Boards and committees in his own communities and even served once as the Board President. Jim has been married to his wife Debbie for 34 years, and they have one perfect child, David who will be 32 this year.
Jim Graduated Summa Cum Laude from Utah Valley University with a bachelor's degree in Business Management, and Graduated from B.Y.U. With a master's degree in Business Administration. (Go Cougs!!!) When Jim's not at work, he can be seen on the tennis courts or on the golf course where he has won multiple National championships and even won Gold at last year's Huntsman games. |

Jessica Durrant Lifestyle Assistant Jessica joined us in February 2026 and is the Lifestyle Assistant at the Brio Clubhouse. She has a background in Real Estate and just finished her degree in Interior Design at SLCC. Jessica loves enjoying the holidays, spending time with her husband and 3 children, and playing with her two dogs. In her spare time, her hobbies include baking, decorating, painting, sewing, cross stitching, and restoring old furniture pieces. |

Maintenance and Compliance Ivan is a dedicated maintenance and HOA compliance specialist here at Brio, where he ensures that all facilities run smoothly, and neighborhood standards are upheld. With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, Ivan handles everything from building upkeep to coordinating resident compliance matters. Known for his reliability and friendly demeanor, he takes pride in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for all members of the community.
